Athletics (Track & Field) includes a wide range of events including track, distance, field and multi-disciplinary competitions. 

Each Saturday, Abbotsford athletes build cardio and strength by training in these 3 events: track, long jump and shot put. Every week, we see people who come with a great attitude and who are ready to work hard: coaches and athletes alike!!
