           Wednesdays 12:00-1:30pm (optional practices)

Powerlifting is about more than squats, bench presses and deadlifts. It is about perseverance, overcoming barriers and striving for success. Please note that Special Olympics athletes must be 16 years of age before competing in powerlifting.


Powerlifting events:

  • Squat

  • Bench Press

  • Deadlift Combination (Bench Press and Deadlift)

  • Combination (Bench Press, Deadlift, and Squat)
